driving under the influence (DUI)

is a crime of operating a vehicle when concentration of alcohol in your blood exceeds legally allowed level (.8 or above); or under the influence of drugs. Alcohol level of .8 means a 8/100ths to one-tenth of one percent by weight of alcohol
